Our Level 1 class is designed to bring people of all ages back to fitness and to give you the opportunity to challenge yourself in a comfortable setting. The class uses a combination of functional exercises to help improve your physical wellness including strength, endurance, coordination, balance, flexibility, agility and speed.

Our instructors are well trained and will enforce proper form through movements while also providing modifications to allow all ages and levels of fitness to enhance their wellness.
