Jen Daniels
Jen Daniels, RTY-500 CF-L1, has been involved in various aspects of fitness for well over 20 years. She is a full-time yoga teacher who approaches fitness with joy and and a blend of all of her athletic interests. In addition to yoga, she loves to run, climb, hike, snowboard, paddle board, equestrian vaulting, and CrossFit, of course. Jen also holds a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Evelyn Dedominicis
Evelyn is a clinical nutritionist with a Masters Degree in functional nutrition. She’s also a certified holistic health coach and yoga teacher with several certifications in health, nutrition and the culinary arts. She combines a functional, whole body systems approach to healing with deeper mind, body awareness along with practical, behavioral and mindset aspects to empower clients toward transformational change. Bonnie Meunier
Graduated 2008 from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. American Massage Therapy Assoc. CT. State License #5556 and Independent Consultant for Young Living Oils.
Laureen Moran
Laureen is a PT and a mom of four. She and her husband own Crossroads PT and Crossroads Fitness, supporting well being, health and fitness for the whole community. Laureen has a special interest in helping children make good food and fitness choices while they are young. Laureen is a big advocate of movement, reaching goals, and having fun too!
Zach Moran
Zachary Moran is our head trainer at CCF. He graduated from Sacred Heart University in 2014 where he competed as a division I wrestler and studied as a pre-med student. Zach brings great knowledge in all aspects of the sport, including weightlifting, mobility, and programming, but most importantly passion to our gym. Crossfit Level 2 Certification, Crossfit Endurance, Crossfit Olympic lifting, Crossfit Kids, BS Exercise Science 2013 & Biology 2014 
Anne Doherty
Anne is a full-time, stay at home mom who loves to run around after her 2 year old daughter. She has a masters of physical therapy of 15 years and completed CrossFit Level I certification in 2011. Anne is also coaching the Level I fitness class where she is able to combine her love of teaching functional movement in a fun and inviting atmosphere!
Shelley Jones
Shelley is currently a personal trainer who works with the Manchester Fire Department. She grew up in Coventry where she did track in high school, as well as a competitive gymnast, cheerleader and dancer. Shelley competed in multiple national and world championships around the country. In 2011 Shelley and her team took first in the World and then 3rd in 2012. After 2012 she switched roles and became director of the Dance program and brought her teams to the World Championship twice. Over this past year she has found her new passion in Crossfit and was immediately hooked on the community and competitive aspect. She currently teaches multiple Crossfit, Kids, Teens and Level 1 classes.
Sam Gallmeyer
Sam is currently a senior at the University of Connecticut studying economics. He grew up playing baseball and basketball, as well as golf throughout high school. He started CrossFit in high school, after his parents and sister became members at CCF. Since Sam started college, he has been an active member at CCF community. Now a trainer, he enjoys watching people grow and improve, both physically and mentally.
Jake Holland
Jake is a recent Xavier High School graduate and plans to continue his education as a nursing major at the University of Connecticut. Growing up in Hebron, Jake has always had a passion for athletics. As a long kid, he was a football player and competitive wrestler. He continued his wrestling career through high school and won many titles. As his high school athletic career came to a close, he stumbled upon CrossFit and hasn’t looked back. He fell in love with the competitive atmosphere and sense of community at CCF. Jake’s ambitious attitude keeps him interested in always learning new ways to help others in their fitness journey.
